By accessing or using Chess Fair Play Analyzer ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service provides statistical analysis of publicly available chess game data retrieved from the Chess.com public API. It uses machine learning models to produce a statistical indication of play patterns. The Service is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
Results generated by this Service are statistical indicators only. They do not constitute an accusation, determination, or proof that any player has engaged in cheating, fraud, or any other form of misconduct. The models may produce false positives (flagging fair players) and false negatives (missing unfair players). You acknowledge that no automated system can definitively determine whether a player has used external assistance.
You agree not to:
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate or reliable.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the operator of this Service be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of England and Wales.
The Service retrieves data from Chess.com's public API. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way associated with Chess.com or Play Magnus Group. Chess.com is a trademark of Chess.com LLC. The Service may include third-party advertising; your interaction with advertisements is governed by the respective advertisers' terms and policies.
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect data.
All content, models, software, and design elements of the Service are the property of the operator and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator of this Service from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
